The Villa's multiple terraces are comfortably accommodating with multiple hammocks and outdoor open/roofed kitchen/bar right above dock facilities. The Villa is fully furnished, just bring your beach towels!

Use & Access of our dock facilities is inclusive for our guest's boats as well as for the use of the Villa's kayaks. Additional 'water-sports' soon to be implemented...

First level Villa Aptm. for up to 6 guests with 2(1) available folding beds & laundry facilities. Aprox. 400 sq.ft + inclusive for the use of our outdoor oceanfront terraces with fully equipped kitchen & bbq; Two bedrooms, 1 bath. Sat./Dir/TV Master Bedroom.
$450 - $675 per night:
Upper level for up to 9 or even 10(11) guests with one(two) available folding bed (twin mattresses) , 4 bdrms. - 2 baths. With aprox. 1,200 sq.ft; includes fully equipped kitchen, living room, Satellite Tv/Dir.Tv.-vcr, and 'mirador'/style entrance terraze.
$699 to $850 per night:
Entire Villa with max. capacity up to 15(17) guests.
'Check-In' 5 p.m., 'Check-Out' 10.30-11 a.m.
Rates are subject to a 9% room tax, applies to base rates provided. For credit card payments add 3% surcharge to base rates provided. 50% deposit required at time of reservation, balance in full due 30 days prior to 'çheck-in'. For resevations done 30 days or less prior to 'check-in', full payment due at time of reservation.
Rates inclusive for use of outdoor terraces with over 2,000 sq.ft., dock facilities and kayaks.
It is necessary to book your boat/s for dock acces at time of reservation.
Special discounts apply to 1 week rentals subject to season and availability.

Cancellation policy:
-Cancellations made prior to 30 days from check-in-date, there will be a 50% cancellation fee on payment made.
-Cancellations made on/before 30 days from check-in date, there is a 100% cancellation fee on payment made.
-For 'no-show' customers at time of check-in-date there is a 100% cancellation fee on payment made.
-All requested cancellations must be received in writing.
-With the exception of 'no-show' customers, AS AN ALTERNATIVE TO A CANC. FEE, if Villa Pelicano is able to re-book the exact same dates for a cancellation made on a given reservation to a third party, reservation payment may be applied if so requested in writing at time of cancellation for a future date taken within 12 months of original reservation (rates may vary for future date booking arrangements), a 20% processing fee on pymt. Made applies.
-No refunds apply for early departures or late check-in's.
-Payments may be made through Money Order or Cashiers/Certified check, sent to us via Fed Ex or U.S.P.S. Priority Mail 'next day service'.
We recommend Travel Cancellation Insurance to all customers.
